Health Lync LLC uses SSL encryption for data transmission and storage per HIPAA laws, but I acknowledge that no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
3. Indemnification: I agree not to hold Health Lync LLC responsible for any breaches of security or unauthorized access to my patient data that may occur while using the YodocEMR(TM) platform. I understand that Health Lync LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform.
